63S10 ultra flat stepper motor.

The ultraflat, high torque DPM-63S10 stepper motors with a step angle of 1.8° supports designers who require maximum torque and high positional accuracy combined with minimum overall height.
This product when operated in microstep can achieve positional accuracy to < 0.02° and with the right driver it can even run as a brushless motor. Thanks to the high torque, exceptional speed stability is possible at low speeds thus and where needed often eliminating the need for gearboxes /gearing solutions therefore keeping the installation space to a minimum. At high speeds, powers of up to 50W can be achieved with short power-up time.
This powerful stepper motor is ideally suited to applications such as component feeders in the semiconductor market, automation equipment, medical pumps and laboratory equipment, inspection devices as well as, equipment for laser technology, test equipment, and monitoring/security cameras, the application possibilities are endless.

New DPM High Torque Brushless 42mm.

This new Brushless motor with integrated Hall sensors  provides an excellent performance in a very small package. The high energy permanent magnets used in our BLDC motors produce very high efficiency and acceleration with peak torque that can reach 1.44 Nm.
The configuration of the stator (10 poles) increases the torque Constant value up to 0.054 Nm/A. This new motor is designed for applications with a max speed up to 3000 rpm. It is also designed to maximize the output torque of a geared motor application.
Brushless motors are generally cool running, which has been found to be a definite benefit in a wide range of applications such as medical and industrial automation.
Long Lifetime and high reliability complete the advantages of the new 42BLH series.
As with all other DPM Brushless motor sizes, this new product is available in different lengths (40 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, 100mm) and can be easily customized to match specific customer requests. Optional like Encoders, Gearboxes, brakes and integrated driver are also available.

Their linear torque curve allows them to be used in a very large speed range up to 12.000 rpm.
Brushless motors are in general cool running, which has been found to be a definite benefit in medical and hand tools application where these specific size are widely used.
